We use this information to send the promotional IT service messages you requested, operate the SMS program, honor your choices, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal and carrier requirements.
Mobile information sharing
ITECH ADVISORS LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers that help deliver messages, solely to operate the SMS program, or when required by law.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect other services you receive from ITECH ADVISORS LLC.
Data protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. We retain SMS records only as long as needed to operate the program, document consent and opt-out requests, and satisfy legal obligations.
Children
The SMS program is intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect mobile opt-in information from children.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
